Dear John and the Lab Machines is an independent Alternative Pop project from Buenos Aires funded by Juan Martín Sendoya and Marcos Vicente.
Their first two EPs -Rubicon and Rubicon Vol. II- reached # 1 on iTunes Argentina, inspired by the phrase "crossing the Rubicon", which alludes to epically passing the point of no return.
The eternal battle between light and darkness, love beyond death and confrontation with internal ghosts are recurring themes in his discography. So “Huracán” was the song chosen for their debut music video, which premiered on April 1 directed by IMAGOH.
In the video you can see Juan, the lead singer. After waking up in a strange forest with an abandoned piano, Juan unleashes dark forces that he must confront.
With influences as eclectic as Evanescence, Lana Del Rey or MARINA, Dear John and the Lab Machines is currently planning shows and composing new material.
